AdBlue – Staplehurst

The fluid additive AdBlue is used, along with a catalytic converter in diesel vehicle exhaust systems, to remove toxic NOx (nitrous oxide) content from emissions, and this has several benefits for vehicle owners and the environment.

This is because harmful gases that pollute the atmosphere are significantly reduced, and the vehicle itself benefits from greater efficiency, increased performance, and improved fuel economy.

There are strict regulations in place in Great Britain, meaning vehicles face MOT test failures if their emission levels exceed the permitted levels. This obligates owners to ensure they remain legal on the road, and is why manufacturers recommend that the AdBlue fluid level is regularly checked to ensure emissions fall within the regulations, and the vehicle’s performance is not compromised.

To give you complete reassurance regarding AdBlue, Jack Henry Service Centre has a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience on all makes when it comes to carrying out AdBlue services.
